Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
n
Console and point-of-sale operation, including cash handling
n
Store administration including daily reports, balancing,



banking and reconciliation
n
Fuel monitoring, including daily fuel dips
n
Stock control, processing and merchandising
n
Food preparation and food handling in line with food safety standards
n
Short-order cooking of meals as ordered
n
Preparing ready-to-go food and maintaining a fully stocked bain-marie
n
Preparing sandwiches, wraps, rolls and salads
n
General cleaning and maintaining a safe, hygienic work environment
n
n
