Epworth Freemasons is recruiting two part-time leadership roles in the Postnatal unit at East Melbourne. The positions (0.6 EFT and 0.7 EFT) will support the Midwife Unit Manager and drive high-quality postnatal care with a focus on team leadership and patient experience.
The successful candidates will have ANUM/AMUM experience or be ready to step into a leadership role, with solid communication, compassion, and mentoring skills.
