The Company

Robert Half is currently recruiting a qualified (CPA/CA/CIMA) Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to take ownership of the financial reporting and analysis of our client's ever growing service offerings.

Although initially a temporary role this assignment could lead to a longer term permanent prospect and will also enable you to gain experience within the highly sought after not-for-profit industry.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO and working within a professional and dedicated finance team and having a close relationship with non-finance stakeholders your duties will include:

Business Partnering
Financial Modelling
Preparation of monthly management reports
Detailed forecasting (including cash)
Budgeting
Monthly variance analysis
Meeting with Key Stakeholders
Dashboard reporting
Detailed financial analysis
Compliance and statutory reporting
Process improvement

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will have worked within a large organisation partnering operational teams to deliver meaningful and insightful financial reports.

You will have strong communication skills and ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will have excellent attention to detail,



be able to meet tight deadlines and have a proven background with complex budgeting systems. A thorough understanding of accounting concepts and knowledge of current accounting standards will also be required.

Additionally, you will also be required to have an advanced knowledge of Excel.
