Bamaga Primary Health Care Centre is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join its team on an 8-week contract from October 2026. Preferred Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' nursing experience with demonstrated clinical leadership capability




- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation certification at First Responder level
- Medical Emergency Care (MEC) and Resuscitation Emergency Care (REC) qualifications
- Willingness to participate in portfolio management, audit activities, and senior staff responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, or equivalent professional standing
- Royal Australian Navy (RAN) or Rural and Isolated Practice Registered Nurse (RIPRN) credential, or immunisation credential
- Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated expertise in emergency or primary health care nursing
