About the Client
Our client delivers road network solutions utilizing industry-leading research, development and innovation, asset management tools. Commitment to safety, environment and sustainability through industry awarded programs. They have formed partnerships to meet the needs of their customers and ever changing markets and work closely with each states road authorities, as well as a number of local government councils and authorities.
What you will be doing
Working closely with the team our client is looking for an experienced administration / operational support officer who have the ability to coordinate multiple administration tasks/processes with tight deadlines and limited supervision. You will be tasked with:
Your role will include:
- Procurement of supplies and assets
- Payment of invoices
- Raising purchase orders
- Creating job numbers
- Managing supplies of PPE and other consumables
What You Will Need
- Drivers licence and ability to travel to local offices as required
- Data entry experience
- Experience raising, receipting, and managing purchase orders
- Previous experience using JDE
