We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Trade Qualified Carpenters to join our team for ongoing local government projects in the Cairns region.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction of modular homes.
- Potential to execute carpentry works for local residential properties, including structural repairs, fit-outs, and upgrades.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Construction Code (NCC) and local council building standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant worksite at all times.
Mandatory Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
- Australian Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent Australian recognised qualification).
- Current Licensing: A valid Queensland Construction White Card and any other relevant current trade licenses.
- Fitness for Work: Must be able to successfully pass a mandatory pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test.
- Driver's License: A valid Australian manual driver's license.
- Safety Focus: A strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices.
