Senior Research and Evolution Officer

Employment Type: Health Manager Level 3 - Permanent Full Time
Remuneration: $137,525.00 - $156,231.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
Hours Per Week: 38

About the Opportunity
Manage the development, implementation, analysis and reporting of research and evaluation projects to measure and monitor the performance of Cancer Screening and Prevention programs and activities and provide an evidence base to inform the Institute's strategic direction.

Essential Requirements

Experience in the design, development, implementation, analysis and reporting of mainly survey-based quantitative research projects. Experience with qualitative and mixed methodologies.

Advanced understanding of statistical techniques for behavioural sciences, including the use of statistical packages such as R, Q, or SAS.

Understanding of and experience with the development and implementation of evaluation projects, including for the evaluation of public health services or programs.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in survey statistics, psychology, or public health or demonstrated equivalent skilled experience and training.
