Essential Criteria
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification with current Australian medical registration.
- Previous general practice experience and current clinical competence in primary care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to cultural competence and respectful care for a diverse patient population.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a full patient load.

Desirable Attributes
- Experience in chronic disease management, aged care, women’s health, or paediatrics.
- Fellowship with RACGP or equivalent postgraduate qualifications.
- Additional skills in minor procedures, skin checks, or mental health care.
