Grill'd in Townsville is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to drive engagement and results with a team of 20-50 legends at busy restaurant locations. You will own operations, rostering, recruitment, stock control and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
You will grow your team through coaching, performance reviews and development plans while maintaining P&L;, budgets and KPIs to keep the restaurant running smoothly and delivering excellent guest experiences.
