Ventia is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to partner with operational teams across road maintenance and construction activities in Victoria. You'll help embed a positive safety culture, ensure compliance and support continuous safety improvements on essential infrastructure works.
Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, you'll provide expert advice, conduct inspections and investigations, and deliver safety communications to frontline teams while building solid relationships with stakeholders
