What do we need from you?

- Be reliable and show respect towards your team and workplace
- Bring a positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Be willing to learn and undergo on-the-job training
- Reliable work history (explain any gaps in your resume)
- Physically fit - must pass an intensive medical assessment (includes treadmill)
- Able to work 12-hour rotating roster (7 shifts over 14 days, day and night shifts)
- Willing to undergo Drug & alcohol testing (including random testing)
- High-level Police Check (Explosives Licence required)
- Have a reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence.

Rotating Roster - what does it look like?

- 7 shifts over 14 days (8am-8pm and 8pm-8am)




- Combination of day and night shifts
- Work every other weekend
- Fixed 28 day roster - no changes
- 2 x 15-min + 2 x 25-min paid breaks per shift.
- First 2 weeks training 7:30am - 3:30pm

Hourly Rate

- $47.67 per hour (flat rate) + Super paid fortnightly.
