We are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson to join a busy distribution centre team based in Coffs Harbour. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working a Wednesday to Sunday roster, offering stability, variety, and the chance to play an important role within a thriving fresh produce operation.

In this hands-on position, you will support daily warehouse and distribution activities, including quality control inspections, stock movement, inventory management, freight handling, and dispatch operations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high product and safety standards.

Duties

- Perform quality control checks in line with internal product standards.
- Assist with the receiving, allocation, labelling, and dispatch of stock.
- Complete pre-pack and post-pack activities to ensure product quality is maintained.
- Safely load and unload freight.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
- Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Support the wider team to ensure daily distribution targets are achieved.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience within a warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or supply chain setting.
- Current and valid Forklift Licence - essential
- Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Safety-focused approach with a proactive work ethic.
- Availability to work weekends as part of a Wednesday to Sunday roster.
