The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager this role will see you take ownership of the payroll's administration process. Your duties will include:
- Timely and accurate payroll time-sheet processing
- Understanding & interpretation of EBAs and awards
- Ensuring timesheet approvals and authorisations are correct
- Employee database maintenance including the adding of new employees
- Assisting with onboarding
- Payroll compliance
- Testing of payroll processes
- Employee payroll query resolution
- General administration
