About the Organisation
Our client, Massage & Myotherapy Australia have partnered with Johnson Recruitment exclusively to search for a personal assistant to support the CEO and Association Manager.

Massage & Myotherapy is a national association supporting membership across natural and complementary health providing services in education and development, professional recognition, financial benefits and industry knowledge. They are the leading body in this space, and service their membership via an established team that is collaborative and supportive. Located in Melbourne’s CBD, they occupy a contemporary office with easy access to public transport.

About the Role
Provide high-level support to a collaborative and highly engaged CEO, working closely as a true right-hand partner. The CEO values open communication, reliability, and a proactive approach, with a strong reliance on being able to anticipate needs and keep operations running smoothly.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in executive support, board coordination, and governance administration.

Your key responsibilities may include:

- Diary and inbox management, including meeting coordination and prioritisation
- End-to-end travel coordination, including flights, accommodation, and logistics for the CEO and Board
- Preparation of board and committee materials, including agendas, minutes, and board packs across multiple committees
- Board and governance administration, including maintaining records,



supporting board portals (BoardEffect), and tracking committee tenure
- Policy management, including maintaining policy documents, matrix tracking, and supporting updates, reviews, and document control

About You
You are a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant with a strong track record supporting senior executives in the Not For Profit Sector. You thrive in roles where trust, discretion, and attention to detail are critical.

You will ideally have:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior executives
- Demonstrated experience supporting boards and committees, including agendas, minutes, and governance processes
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative working style
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion
