Additional Information
- These roles are Temporary (until May 2027) Part-time 38hrs/fortnight.
- These roles are based at IKEA Customer Service Office, Tempe, NSW.
- You have the availability to work Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, on a rotating roster to support operational requirements.

Team vision (text) As People & Culture Administrator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring all People & Culture administrative systems are accurate, efficient, and compliant.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, co-workers, and external stakeholders, providing a professional and welcoming front desk experience.
- Managing day-to-day general office services administration duties, including, mail management, office supplies, and general office coordination.
- Providing first-level support for People & Culture enquiries, including policies, procedures, leave entitlements, and general employment-related questions.
- Maintaining an effective uniform management process and ensuring stock levels are appropriately managed.
- Supporting co-worker engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
- Supporting the People and Culture Generalist with data reporting and other tasks where required.
- Completing other ad hoc administrative and office support tasks that contribute to a positive and efficient co-worker experience.

Let´s connect As People & Culture Administrator you are or have:
- Previous experience in an administration, office support, or People & Culture-related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A customer-focused mindset and a professional, friendly approach when managing front desk and office enquiries.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust attention to detail, analytical and numerical skills, supported by a high level of competence across Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- The ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused when managing changing priorities.
- A genuine passion for creating a positive co-worker experience and supporting the success of the business.
