This builder is a leading Australian commercial builder with an established presence across a range of industry sectors, including industrial, mixed-use, health and education.

This role will be a mix of both office and site based.

Responsibilities:

- Provide HSE support across multiple commercial construction projects
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Review SWMS and project HSE documentation
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
- Provide practical advice to project teams and subcontractors
- Support ISO and OFSC requirements
- Drive a positive and proactive safety culture
- Build strong relationships with project teams and senior stakeholders

Relevant Experience:





- Strong commercial construction experience
- Senior HSE Advisor experience across multiple projects
- Strong ISO and OFSC experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, cooperative and commercially minded approach
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio
