We are currently seeking two Site Engineers and one Project Engineer to join a Tier 1 Contractor delivering a major, highly complex renewable energy project - one of the first projects of its kind in Australia.
These are excellent opportunities for driven, degree-qualified Electrical Engineers looking to work on a technically challenging project that will provide genuine exposure to some of Australia's most significant renewable energy infrastructure.

The Opportunity

- 2 Site Engineers
- 1 Project Engineer
- Contract basis through to the end of 2026
- 2 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO roster
- FIFO from any major airport on the East Coast of Australia
- Immediate start preferred - within the next 2 weeks
- Above-market day rates available for the right candidates
- Work directly with a Tier 1 Contractor on a landmark Australian renewable energy project
- Scope encompassing both HV and LV electrical works

About the Roles

As a Site Engineer, you will play a hands-on role supporting the delivery of electrical construction works on site. Working closely with the Project Engineering and Construction teams, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing day-to-day engineering support to construction activities.
- Supporting the delivery and coordination of HV and LV electrical works.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, ITPs, methodologies and technical documentation.
- Assisting with construction planning, sequencing and coordination.
- Monitoring works against approved designs, specifications and project requirements.
- Working closely with subcontractors, supervisors and construction personnel.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues on site.
- Supporting quality assurance, inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
- Maintaining accurate engineering and construction records.




- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

As a Project Engineer, you will take a broader role in supporting the project delivery team, with responsibilities including:

- Providing engineering support across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating technical and engineering deliverables for HV and LV works.
- Reviewing and managing design documentation, RFIs, technical queries and variations.
- Supporting construction planning, programming and project coordination.
- Working with site teams, designers, subcontractors and project management.
- Monitoring technical compliance, quality and progress against project requirements.
- Assisting with procurement, subcontractor management and commercial interfaces.
- Supporting testing, commissioning and handover activities.
- Ensuring engineering deliverables are aligned with project schedule, quality and safety requirements.

About You

We are looking to speak with degree-qualified Electrical Engineers who have:

- 3-10 years' experience delivering major electrical construction projects in Australia.
- Proven experience working for a Tier 1 Contractor.
- A background delivering projects within renewables, resources or rail.
- Experience across HV and/or LV electrical works.
- Strong site-based construction and project engineering experience.
- The ability to work effectively in complex, high-pressure project environments.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, driven and solutions-focused approach.
- The flexibility and willingness to work a 2:1 FIFO roster.
- Availability to commence within the next two weeks.
