Our team supports the Macquarie Bank CEO by helping protect and promote the interests of Macquarie Bank and enabling its continued growth. What role will you play?

In this role, you will report to the Head of the Macquarie Bank CEO Office and play a key role in supporting the effective operation of our Office. You will help strengthen the governance, accountability and business management practices that underpin the CEO's responsibilities. You will drive strategic planning, business management and continuous improvement activities, while enhancing how priorities are coordinated and delivered through technology, data and operational improvements. You will also lead accountability framework obligations, testing activities and governance processes, helping identify emerging themes and opportunities to support informed decision-making.

- Experience in governance, business management, risk management or a related discipline within financial services,



with knowledge of accountability frameworks advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across diverse teams, functions and locations, including engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience conducting reviews, testing, assurance or oversight activities, with the ability to analyse complex information, identify themes and develop practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to bring together information from multiple sources
- Relevant qualifications in law, finance, accounting or economics would be highly regarded, as would qualifications in a related discipline.
