As a Senior Integration Analyst within Clinical Repositories and Integration Services, you will develop, maintain and support complex integration frameworks that connect healthcare applications and enable improved patient care outcomes across NSW Health.

This role provides critical support for statewide clinical integration platforms and patient-critical messaging services, helping maintain operational continuity, service stability, incident response capability and delivery commitments during a temporary backfill period.

You will contribute to the delivery, support and ongoing enhancement of statewide clinical integration services, including enterprise integration platforms such as eGate, JCAPS, MuleSoft APIs and associated HL7, CDA, FHIR, REST and SOAP-based interfaces.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and support interfaces that integrate healthcare applications using integration engines such as JCAPS, eGate, Rhapsody and MuleSoft APIs.




- Build and maintain healthcare interfaces across HL7 V2, CDA, FHIR, RESTful and SOAP standards, supporting A2A, B2B and B2C applications in the healthcare setting.
- Provide specialised technical expertise and recommendations that contribute to improved patient care and outcomes.
- Support incident management, problem resolution, system maintenance, release activities and after-hours operational support for statewide clinical integration services.
- Contribute to modernisation and resilience initiatives, including legacy clinical interface re-engineering, SDPR-related integration activities and priority enterprise digital health programs.
- Design interfaces that align with organisational privacy, security, high availability and disaster recovery requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation covering functional, system and development requirements.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex integration challenges. We're looking for someone who:

- Has extensive experience developing and maintaining data integration solutions in a large and complex service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Brings strong healthcare integration knowledge, including experience with HL7, CDA and FHIR standards.
- Has excellent technical capability across web, server, database, mobile and integration languages and technologies, preferably including MuleSoft, .NET, NodeJS and Java.
- Can develop,



implement and promote integration initiatives, including planning, change management, performance improvement, system testing and software quality assurance.
- Uses strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret information, troubleshoot technical issues and develop business-focused solutions.

Builds collaborative relationships with stakeholders, customers, vendors and colleagues to support delivery, service continuity and continual improvement.
