Senior Change Manager

DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to support a large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation program.

About the Role
This role sits within a major transformation program focused on delivering a whole-of-government ICT capability. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organisational change, supporting stakeholder adoption, and ensuring successful program outcomes.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of change management strategies, stakeholder engagement activities, and transition plans to support the successful adoption of program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with stakeholders to understand the impact of change across people, processes, technology, and ways of working.
- Lead complex organisational change initiatives across a large, multi-agency ERP program.
- Develop and implement program-level change management strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, transition planning, and organisational readiness activities.
- Design and deliver communications and engagement strategies that build awareness, commitment, and adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Establish and support advantages management and realisation activities, including the development of measurable outcomes, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
- Develop future-state operating models, stakeholder personas, capability assessments, and benefits dependency maps to support workforce readiness and sustained adoption.
- Provide strategic change leadership and advice across the program, managing change risks, governance requirements, and program interdependencies.
- Establish and maintain effective change governance practices that support decision-making and long-term business adoption.

Skills and Experience





- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organisational change and business transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across complex environments.
- Experience with organisational readiness, change impact assessments, and transition planning.
- Strong understanding of benefits realisation frameworks and business adoption practices.
- Experience working within ERP transformation programs and complex government or enterprise environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of MSP principles and practices would be advantageous.
