We’re hiring two Recruitment Consultants in Sydney. Step onto a warm desk, get structured support and leadership, and earn from day one.

About the Role

We’re recruiting across two busy desks:

- Psychiatry Recruitment
- Emergency Medicine Recruitment

Both desks have active clients, steady job flow, and engaged locum doctors. You’ll place doctors into locum and contract roles nationwide.

What You’ll Do

- Build relationships: Engage and support a national network of doctors
- Grow the desk: Leverage existing clients and open new doors
- Recruit end-to-end: Own the process from sourcing to placement
- Advise & influence: Be the go-to for clients and candidates
- Drive results:

About You

You know recruitment and how to build a thriving desk. You value results and genuine relationships, and you want an environment that rewards your hustle.

- Recruitment experience in healthcare/medical (essential)
- A track record of consistent billing and target achievement
