Our client is a national Private Wealth organisation with a global present who provides top-tier tailored financial solutions to their HNW and Ultra HNW clients.
As the Client Service Associate, you will work closely supporting Private Wealth Advisers with all client relationship management and administrative duties. You will have full onboarding and be a key figure in assisting a range of HNW clients.
The Role
Support a team of Private Wealth Advisers in the provision of advice and ongoing service to recent and existing clients. To ensure the professional and courteous delivery of service to the clients and increase productivity for the Adviser.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to all client enquiries within agreed timeframes and in adherence with quality and compliance standards
- Client relationship management and strong communication skills to engage with clients professionally
- Maintain client files and support financial advisers with administrative duties
- Maintain the client contact database
- Contribute ideas/suggestions during team meetings and one-on-one with the management team
Skills & Experience
- 3 + years administration experience within financial services
- Proficiency with financial services software tools and platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in financial services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is preferable
