The Employee Relations Project Office will adopt a project management approach and work closely with the People and Culture team and internal stakeholders across all of Council to undertake Employee Relation projects.
- This is a fixed-term opportunity for 12 months. Full-time or part-time available for the right candidate.
- The salary range for this position is $98,715.48 - $102,867.25 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation, or pro rata part-time.

How to be successful in this position
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, Law or other related field.
- Relevant experience in the interpretation and application of employment legislation, industrial awards, agreements and people and culture policies and procedures.
- Hold a current 'C' Class driver's license.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
- Have an understanding of project management phases and principles, and Human Resource practices, process and systems, or business practices.
- Demonstrated time management skills and alignment with our values.
