We are currently partnering with an award-winning, Australian owned project home builder who is currently seeking an experienced Trade Allocation Administrator to join a busy construction team based in Norwest.

This is a fantastic prospect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the day-to-day allocation of construction jobs to the appropriate trades and subcontractors
- Keep trade bookings, schedules and allocation records up to date across internal systems
- Manage Purchase Orders and ensure subcontractor and vendor details are accurately maintained
- Assist with the setup and onboarding of new subcontractors and vendors
- Support call-forward and scheduling activities to keep construction workflows on track
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is consistently updated across relevant systems
- Identify and escalate any issues that may impact trade availability, compliance or construction timeframes




- Provide general administration and coordination support to the wider Construction team

About You:

- Experience in administration, coordination, scheduling or a similar support-based role in construction.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- A calm and solutions-focused approach when working in a busy environment
- Initiative and a willingness to take ownership of tasks from start to finish
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider team
