About the role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will support children's learning, development and wellbeing in a brand-new Montessori and Early Learning Centre. You will be committed to creating a warm, respectful and nurturing setting where every child feels safe, valued and supported.

Key responsibilities

- Work across a 4-day roster with flexible rostered hours, including varying start and finish times

- Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families

- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing

- Assist with implementing engaging learning experiences inspired by the Montessori philosophy and EYLF

- Encourage children's independence, curiosity and confidence

- Contribute to observations, documentation and the educational program

- Work collaboratively with a supportive and passionate team

- Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children

About you

- Has completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care,



or is actively studying towards Certificate III

- Has a genuine passion for working with children aged 0–5 years

- Is caring, patient, enthusiastic and reliable

- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Works well as part of a team

- Is interested in Montessori education and child-led learning

- Is committed to children's safety, wellbeing and learning

- Holds required WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications
