Territory Water Solutions is a Northern Territory based plumbing and civil services company delivering reliable, high-compliance water and wastewater solutions across regional and remote NT.

We work across residential, commercial, civil and industrial projects, with a strong focus on infrastructure that communities rely on — including treatment plants, pumping stations, fire services, civil works and essential maintenance.

You'll support our tradespeople and project teams across a variety of building, maintenance, civil and infrastructure works.

This is a practical, hands-on role where you'll assist with site preparation, materials, tools, general labouring and day-to-day project activities.

No two days are the same, and we're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable working as part of a busy team.

What You'll Do

- Assist tradespeople and project teams with day-to-day site activities

- Carry out general construction and labouring duties

- Assist with site preparation and clean-up

- Load, unload and move tools, equipment and building materials

- Prepare materials and work areas for tradespeople

- Assist with basic building, maintenance and repair activities

- Keep sites, vehicles, tools and equipment clean and organised

- Follow instructions and protected work procedures

- Help maintain a safe and tidy work environment





- Support the team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard

- Work across a variety of town, regional and project sites

What You Need

- Current Australian driver's licence

- Construction White Card

- Reliable and punctual approach to work

- Strong work ethic and willingness to get involved

- Ability to follow instructions and work safely

- Comfortable with physical and outdoor work

- Ability to work well as part of a team

- Valuable communication skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Great to Have

- Previous construction or labouring experience

- Experience working alongside builders or other trades

- Experience in civil, maintenance or infrastructure projects

- Experience using hand and power tools

- Ochre Card

- Police Check

- First Aid or other safety training

- Experience working in regional or remote areas
