Pinnacle Sales Group operates at the frontline of customer acquisition. You’ll join an energetic Sydney team representing established Australian not-for-profit organisations through face-to-face community campaigns.

Instead of watching customer behaviour through a screen, you’ll experience it in real time and be rewarded for how quickly you develop.

This is an active, field-based face-to-face sales and customer acquisition role, not a digital marketing or social media position.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, daily coaching and a clear, performance-based development pathway. You bring the personality, curiosity and ambition to make something of it.

What you’ll learn

You’ll develop practical skills that transfer across sales, marketing, recruitment, leadership and business:

- Representing recognised organisations professionally

- Capturing attention and building rapport quickly

- Communicating confidently with different personalities

- Understanding customer motivations and decision-making

- Influencing ethically and handling objections

- Working toward individual and team performance targets

You won’t simply study how customers behave, you’ll experience it in real time.

What you’ll receive

- $36–$47 per hour,



depending on experience and progression

- Uncapped weekly commissions and performance bonuses

- Realistic earning potential of $80K–$120K+ OTE
