Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for estimating, analysis and control activities for projects with significant non-routine requirements or for cost activities which require a high degree of technical skill. You will prepare cost studies, review cost trends, and develop and implement project requirements for cost control. Your detailed analysis will provide innovative solutions to cost engineering challenges. #LI-AF1

Major Responsibilities:

- Performs generally non-routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities.
- Coordinates the implementation of cost monitoring and control standards, techniques, systems, and reports
- Coordinates the development and accuracy of cost reports
- Verifies consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility and consistency
- Prepares specific budgets in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures




- Investigates the requirements for estimating and/or cost control data
- Collects and classifies cost data
- Performs budget allocation and reporting/cost control regime for specific construction discipline or group of disciplines
- Identifies cost trends for management attention
- Prepares cost studies using historical data, statistical analysis, and cost and quantity comparisons

Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Experience with development and construction of major infrastructure projects.
- Specific airport experience is an advantage.
- Major Runway Trends Managing multiple small projects (300 – 400).
- Experience and demonstrated skill in directing cost analysis of major infrastructure projects.
- Skilled in oral and written communication, with demonstrated skill in presenting cost estimating information to management.
- Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBI, project controls tools and cost databases.
- Advanced level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and commissioning and operations work processes.




- Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
