This is your opportunity to join a wonderful team at The Complete Basketcase! We are a family-run gift hamper company located in Kensington, Victoria looking for a motivated, level-headed person to join us in a part or full time capacity. We are looking for someone to work Monday thru Friday. We are more than happy to discuss flexible arrangements if necessary (think start time after School/Day daycare drop off and leaving early for pickup). For working parents, we offer school holiday allowances to pay for holiday activities.

We want to meet you if you have these skills:

- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders

- Print and allocate online orders via shopify

- Process phone and email orders

- Make and dispatch gift hampers

- Email or Use Suppliers online ordering system to make orders under direction from management

- Process Invoices through Xero

- Assist with generating new sales/gift ideas

- Be responsible for tracking and following up any issues with gift deliveries

- Manage customer expectations

We are looking for a person who:

- Is enthusiastic, creative and cutting-edge





- High level of empathy to deal with difficult customer situations while being confident in interactions

- Close attention to detail to accurately and efficiently complete tasks within set time frames

- Successfully works as part of a team and can also work independently under the direction of the business owner

The Essentials:

- Proven Customer Service Experience

- Demonstrated office administration experience

- Confidence to learn new systems quickly

- Experience with Excel and Word.

- Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift and lift more than 5kg

- Demonstrated high levels of enthusiasm, creativity, innovation and flexibility in previous work roles

Bonus Points

- Experience with Shopify

- Graphic Design
