HubSpot & Digital Services – BDM

Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid)
$120,000 base + super + commission

We’re looking for a hungry BDM to join a growing digital marketing agency specialising in HubSpot and complementary digital services.

This is a hunter role. We want someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, building relationships and winning new business.

If you’ve sold HubSpot or Salesforce services, let’s have a conversation.

If you’ve sold digital, marketing, technology, consulting or other skilled services, we’re also interested in talking to you.

And if you don’t have years of experience but you’re hungry, commercially minded and know you can sell, tell us why you’d be a good fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Hunting and generating new business opportunities

- Prospecting and opening new accounts

- Building relationships with senior decision-makers

- Running discovery conversations and understanding client needs

- Selling HubSpot implementation, consulting and ongoing services

- Selling complementary digital and marketing services

- Managing opportunities from first conversation through to close

- Working closely with the agency’s marketing and delivery teams

- Developing existing client relationships and identifying further opportunities

- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply sit back and wait for leads to come to you.



You’ll have support around you, but you need to be comfortable getting out there, creating opportunities and winning business.

Who We’re Looking For

You might already be an experienced BDM selling:

- HubSpot services

- Salesforce services

- Digital or marketing agency services

- Technology or consulting services

- Other professional or B2B services

You don’t necessarily need to come from HubSpot.

What matters is that you understand services-based selling, can have strong commercial conversations and have the drive to find and win new business.
