The Miro & Atrio Apartments, located in the Heart of the Fortitude Valley, comprising of over 60 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments, with an outstanding location and unique attributes is currently seeking a qualified, motivated Guest Service Agent to join an energetic Front Office Team.

Casual or Part Time Position Available

Reporting directly to the Resident Manager you will be responsible for:

- The smooth functioning of reception on a day-to-day basis during your shift

- Conducting guest arrivals and departures

- Handling all guest enquiries and concerns

- Maintaining accurate guest accounts

- Reservations

- Working with the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance issues have been rectified.

- Working with the Housekeeping team to ensure guests requests are met whilst ensuring that all rooms available at an appropriate time.

- Assisting the RM with accounts receivable & payable.

To be successful in the role you must poses:

- Minimum of 12 months experience in similar position within a 4-star Hotel or Apartments

- Exceptional grooming and presentation

- Outstanding organizational & time management skills

- Attention to detail.





- Positive and passionate attitude towards customer service

- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous Resly experience is preferred but not essential.

- The ability to work unsupervised.

The successful applicant will also be required to work a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, weekend shifts & public holidays.

Reception operating hours are below but subject to change:

Monday - Sunday 8am - 6pm
