Our client is a well-established paediatric allied health practice based in Sydney’s Inner West, providing speech pathology, occupational therapy, feeding therapy and developmental supports to children and families.
They are now seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join their supportive and highly collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working within a neuroaffirming, family-centred environment and is looking for long-term growth, clinical variety and genuine flexibility.
The team supports a broad paediatric caseload, including speech sounds, early diagnosis, literacy, AAC, feeding and functional communication goals. The practice also has a strong occupational therapy team, creating great opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration, key working and shared support around complex developmental needs.
This role would suit a Speech Pathologist who is happy with report writing, values high-quality clinical work, and is open to ongoing learning and professional development. Senior clinicians with niche areas of interest are also strongly encouraged to apply, as the team is happy to support clinicians in building a caseload aligned with their strengths.
What’s on offer:
- Salary range based on experience, with clear review pathways
- Level 3 pathway available up to $110,000 + super
- Team Leader opportunities from $105,000–$125,000 + super
- Annual salary reviews with a structured competency framework
- Bonus opportunities up to $10,000 per year
- 5 weeks of annual leave
- Flexible Fridays, with autonomy after 12pm
- 4.5-day working week structure
- Part-time options from 3 days per week

The role:
- Provide paediatric speech pathology assessment and intervention
- Work across speech sounds, literacy, language, AAC, feeding and early development
- Support children through clinic-based therapy, school and preschool visits
- Deliver 1:1 therapy and key worker supports where appropriate
- Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, families, educators and supervisors
- Complete high-quality clinical documentation and reports
- Build consistent therapeutic relationships, with clients supported by the same clinician wherever possible
- Work within a neuroaffirming, functional and developmental therapy approach
- Participate in onboarding, supervision, mentoring and ongoing professional development
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership or eligibility
- Interest or experience across speech sounds, literacy, AAC, feeding or early diagnosis
- Comfortable working in clinic, school and preschool settings
- Open to learning, feedback and continued upskilling
- Strong communication skills and a family-centred approach
- A genuine interest in neuroaffirming practice
- Senior clinicians with niche clinical interests are encouraged to apply
