An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Crewing/ Workforce Coordinator to join the team in Perth CBD. This is a key operational role supporting offshore personnel and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to support safe and efficient operations.
Position Purpose
As Crewing / Workforce Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the staffing of offshore operational units, maintaining accurate crew rosters and shift plans, and ensuring employee records and compliance requirements are kept up to date.
You will be a key point of contact for offshore employees, providing professional support and guidance while working closely with rig management, HR and training teams.

The Opportunity
Working as part of a team-oriented team, you will play an important role in coordinating workforce requirements across offshore operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate offshore crew movements and assignments
- Maintain accurate crew rosters and shift plans
- Ensure operational units are appropriately staffed
- Coordinate short-term and emergency crew requirements
- Support crew mobilisations and demobilisations
- Liaise with rig management and HR teams
- Maintain accurate employee and HR system records
- Coordinate with training teams on compliance requirements
- Support internal transfers and agency workforce requirements
- Ensure relevant safety and regulatory requirements are met
- Provide responsive support to offshore personnel
About You – What You’ll Bring
You will be an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, operational environment. You will have a solid service mindset and the confidence to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
Ideally, you will bring:
- 2+ years' experience in a relevant coordination or HR role
- Experience within workforce, HR, logistics or operations coordination
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Excel and systems capability
- Excellent written and verbal English
- A customer-focused and service-oriented approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Confidence working independently
- A proactive and flexible approach
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Experience within offshore, energy or resource environments will be highly regarded, but transferable coordination and HR experience will also be considered.
