Restoration Coordinator

Brisbane | Full-Time | Family-Owned Insurance Builder

I'm working with an established, family-owned insurance builder is looking for a Restoration Coordinator to join their Brisbane team and support their internal restorations division.

This is a wide-ranging role combining case management and scheduling, making it a great fit for someone who understands the restoration process and enjoys keeping jobs, technicians and customers organised from start to finish.

The Role

Working closely with the Restoration Manager and internal restoration technicians, you'll coordinate restoration claims from initial allocation through to completion.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing restoration jobs from allocation through to completion
- Scheduling and coordinating internal Restoration Technicians
- Booking initial inspections, restoration works and follow-up visits
- Managing technician diaries and ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently
- Liaising with insureds, insurers, assessors and internal teams
- Providing customers with regular updates throughout the restoration process
- Reviewing technician reports and ensuring required documentation is completed
- Monitoring job progress, outstanding actions and key timeframes
- Coordinating equipment placement,



monitoring and collection where required
- Updating job management systems with accurate notes and documentation
- Assisting with any issues or changes that arise throughout the life of a claim

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience within restoration, insurance building or insurance claims
- Experience in scheduling, coordination or case management
- An understanding of the restoration process and terminology
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple active jobs
- Confidence communicating with customers, technicians and insurance stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- The ability to stay on top of changing schedules and priorities
