About the Client

Our client is a is a trusted supplier of industrial instrumentation and process control solutions across Australia. They support a broad range of industries including oil & gas, petrochemical, mining and minerals processing, water and wastewater, power generation, and manufacturing.

About the Position

This is a unique prospect for an experienced Product Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of flow measurement, process analyser, and environmental monitoring solutions. Working closely with key customers, global suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will expand existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and become the recognised technical expert for the product range.

Combining technical expertise with commercial acumen, you will deliver product demonstrations, customer training, and business development initiatives while building long-term relationships and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product growth and business development strategies
- Manage relationships with key customers and global product suppliers
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training
- Expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to order delivery
- Prepare tenders, proposals, quotations, and technical documentation
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support
- Track project opportunities and maintain sales pipeline visibility
- Support marketing activities and product positioning initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise





Skills and Experience Required

- Essential experience with flow meters and flow measurement technologies
- Experience within instrumentation, process control, or industrial environments
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Instrumentation, Business, or similar
- Strong technical aptitude and commercial acumen
- Experience in technical sales, product management, or business development
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business growth
- 3-5 years' relevant industry experience
