About the Firm

The team services a diverse client base across SMEs, family groups, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate entities, providing exposure to complex and rewarding work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of business clients across multiple industries
- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide mentorship
- Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS
- Assist partners with advisory and tax planning projects
- Liaise directly with clients to deliver high-quality service and advice
- Play a key role in process improvement and client strategy

About You

- CA qualified (or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in business services or tax within public practice




- Strong technical knowledge across accounting and taxation
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Desire to move into a leadership/manager role within the next 6 months
- Confident mentoring junior team members and managing workflow
