Working with the Executive Leadership Team, staff and community partners, you will build a positive culture grounded in Respect, Belief and Unity and align educational, wellbeing and operational priorities to improve student engagement, achievement and pathways.
Key aspects of the role include:

- Translating QPSC's strategic direction into clear campus priorities, informed by student achievement, attendance, engagement and wellbeing data.
- Setting high expectations and strengthening staff practice through coaching, collaboration and professional learning.
- Ensuring students receive coordinated educational and wellbeing support to achieve their QCE and transition successfully beyond school.
- Connecting families, schools, agencies, training providers, industry and community organisations around student success.
- Overseeing workforce, budgets, facilities, risk and compliance across both sites.
- Contributing to whole-school leadership and improvement across QPSC's nine campuses, leading a nominated portfolio area from our strategic priorities.
About You:
You will be a future-focused and values-based leader who combines a robust educational focus with the judgement and organisation needed to lead two complex campuses.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- A strong record of leading curriculum, teaching and learning, with confident knowledge of senior schooling, QCE requirements, VET and post-school pathways.
- Exceptional relational leadership, with the ability to build trust, foster collaboration and inspire high-performing teams while developing strong partnerships with families, community organisations and external stakeholders.
- Strategic and analytical capability, including using evidence to shape priorities and evaluate impact.
- Effective management of people, finances and facilities to achieve high-quality organisational outcomes.
