The Company

Robert Half is currently recruiting for a hands-on Financial Accountant to join a growing business based in Richmond.

Commencing immediately, you will work closely with a talented and approachable CFO, playing a pivotal role to deliver key operational financial activities whilst contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

This position is offered on an initial 3-month temporary contract and has the potential to transition to permanent employment, although not guaranteed.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO, your duties will be diverse to include:

- Support month-end close, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with revenue recognition under AASB 15
- Accounts Receivable management including invoicing, cash application, and aged debtor reporting
- Bank Reconciliations
- Billing analysis and data management
- Contributing towards process and systems improvements,

Your Profile

- Ideally CA/CPA qualified with proven expertise in month-end and year-end reporting.




- You will need to be comfortable working in an autonomous role with hands-on involvement in day-to-day operational finance activities.
- You will need to be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Previous experience with a well-known ERP system
- You will need to be able to commence immediately.
