About the Company

Our client is a professional member association, a not-for-profit (NFP) incorporated association and registered NPF charity. Governed by a National Council, they serve constituent member associations through strategies which advance their interests through conferences and seminars, publications, and online workshops.

About the Role

As the Digital Communications Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the association and its constituents achieve their goals through digital means.

Duties

- Maintain the website, and liaise with the platform supplier
- Provide marketing and maintenance for the National Conference
- Support and troubleshooting website enquiries
- Undertake marketing, digital and layout support
- Engage in marketing and branding tasks such as brank kit updates
- Support the dissemination of e-newsletters
- Coordinate and promote events
- Undertake social media activities

Experience

- Digital marketing, communications or related qualifications and relevant experience
- Robust writing, editing, and visual communication skills




- High level experience and proficiency in content management systems
- Experience with iMIS and Wild Apricot platforms is desirable
- Experience with email marketing and social media
- Working knowledge of graphic design software including Canva and Adobe InDesign
