This role sits between field supervision and project management. You'll coordinate Greenfield builds, crews and subcontractors while using your practical construction experience to keep programme, quality and delivery on track.

What You'll Be Doing





- Coordinate Greenfield Telecommunications projects across crews, subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and delivery.
- Review drawings and resolve practical construction issues across concrete footings, formwork, reinforcement and associated civil works.
- Support project planning, documentation, client coordination and site inspections across VIC.

What Will Make You Successful

- End to end Greenfield Telecommunications experience is essential, including new mobile sites, compounds, tower foundations or similar carrier infrastructure.
- Strong civil construction knowledge across concrete, formwork and reinforcement, with experience coordinating crews and subcontractors.
- White Card and Manual Driver Licence. PICW knowledge, QEHS capability and confidence reading construction drawings are highly regarded.
