We're on the lookout for an experienced and personable Skipper to join our growing team operating a diverse fleet of vessels on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

This is a unique chance to work across multiple experiences and vessels, from relaxed canal cruises to premium charter and sailing experiences — no two days are the same.

About the Role

We're seeking someone who is:

- Confident operating a variety of vessels

- Friendly, professional and guest-focused

- A strong communicator who can provide engaging commentary and create memorable onboard experiences

- Adaptable and calm under pressure

- Passionate about hospitality, tourism and life on the water

Sailing experience is highly regarded.

About You

- Must hold either a Master <24 NC + MED 3 qualification

- Minimum 2 years commercial boating experience required

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Availability including weekends and holidays

- Australian work rights are required for this position
