Scarlet Homecare is a registered NDIS, DVA, Aged Care and Vaccination/Immunization service provider, serving participants in Adelaide and surrounds. About this Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to provide support to participants residing in Southern Adelaide and the surrounding suburbs. Your shifts may range from 2 to 10 hours in duration, during which you may be required to visit participants in various locations across Southern Adelaide to support with personal care, household tasks or social/community engagements.

This is a casual position with an opportunity to become part-time/full-time permanent in the future.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Support Worker at Scarlet Homecare, you will be visiting the homes of NDIS and DVA participants in Southern Adelaide and surrounding suburbs, to provide the support that they require to be independent and integrate into society. Your day might include:
- Supporting complex personal care and mobility (Manual Handling expertise required).
- Supporting complex behaviour and medical needs
- Facilitating community integration and social participation.
- Providing specialised care tailored to our NDIS, DVA or Aged Care participants’ goals.
Job Requirement
To apply for this position, you must have relevant certification in community and disability care. Additionally, you must have;
- The Basics: Cert III in Individual Support/Disability (or higher), current First Aid & CPR, an unrestricted Driver’s License, and a reliable vehicle.
- The Experience: A solid background supporting people living with disabilities in both SIL (Supported Independent Living) and community environments. You are confident working autonomously and have a proven track record of managing complex behavioural and medical needs with composure and a solution-based mindset.
- The Passion: A genuine drive to make a measurable difference. You celebrate the "small wins" and are committed to helping our participants achieve true independence.
- The Commitment: Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week. This ensures continuity of care and allows you to build stable, meaningful relationships with your participants.
- The Paperwork: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance, and up-to-date vaccination records.
