A leading Toowoomba real estate agency is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team in a full-time position.

About You:

- Current QLD Property Management registration or license
- 2+ years’ property management experience
- Confidence conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance
- QCAT experience is desirable, but not essential




- Strong organization and communication skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
- A genuine team-first attitude
