Disability Support Worker - Helidon (Males only)

Strong, reliable, males Disability Support Workers to work with challenging behaviours in Helidon. MAYBO training will be provided.

n

Availability for day shifts and sleepovers.

n

Passionate, Caring and Driven Disability Support Workers.

n

Certificate III or higher in a relevant field of support work desirable.

n

You embody our ethos of Dignity, Respect, Individualised, Visionary and Engaging.

You are dedicated to providing high-quality care.

n

A willingness to learn - taking part in our regular paid training opportunities.

n

You have or can obtain the following:

- Blue Card and NDIS Screening/ Yellow Card
n
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
- Driver's Licence
n
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
n

Benefits and Salary

n

n
- $38 - $50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) plus penalty rates and super (amount is inclusive of base award rate and client specific loading of $4.74 per hour)
n
