This is an opportunity to lead an established early learning service where you'll be supported to continue building meaningful relationships with families, educators and the local community while driving high-quality outcomes across the service.

What you'll be trusted to do

Rather than simply "manage a centre," you'll create an environment where people want to stay.

- Lead, mentor and inspire your team.
n
- Champion high-quality educational practice aligned with the EYLF.
n
- Maintain strong compliance and operational performance.
n




- Partner closely with families and your local community.
n
- Oversee occupancy, staffing, rosters and budgets.
n
- Create a positive culture where educators feel valued and supported.
n

About you

n

You're someone who believes great leadership starts with people.

n

You enjoy coaching others, building strong relationships and creating positive environments where children, families and educators can thrive together.

n

You'll also bring:

n
- Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
n
- 2–3 years' experience leading an early learning service
n
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
- The ability to balance people leadership with operational excellence
