Our Tullamarine Operation is currently offering the opportunity for an experienced Trade Parts Advisor to join the team.

n

About the Position:

n

Interpret and process customer orders

n

Provide technical support to our customer network

n

Order, monitor and process parts inventory

n

Promote parts sales and achieve sales targets

n

Maintain and exceed industry benchmarks

n

Develop new business and sustain current customers

n

About You:

n

The successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:

n

Trade Certificate III in Parts preferred, but not mandatory

n

Previous Automotive Experience within the parts industry highly regarded

n

Automotive Paint/Consumable experience valued

n

Confident liaising and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

n

Robust communication skills,



with the ability to sell over the phone

n

Competent in the use ofDealer Management Systems

n

Accurate attention to detail, with a focus on overseeing and maintaining high standards of quality.

n

Ability to work within a team workplace but also be self-motivated and pro‐active.

n
