We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join Chubb Fire & Security's Training Group team based in Salisbury (Brisbane), Queensland.

About The Role

n

This is a full‐time on‐site role as a Training Coordinator located in Salisbury, the Greater Brisbane Area.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and resource planning.
n
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding training needs and inquiries.
n
- Develop and manage training calendars and schedules.
n
- Ensure all training and emergency planning activities are executed efficiently.
n
- Collaborate with trainers and external vendors to deliver high‐quality training services.
n

About You

n

n
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
n
- Self‐Motivated
n
- Demonstrated experience dealing with clients in a corporate environment.
n
- Knowledge of fire‐safety solutions would be an advantage.
n
- RTO Experience preferred but not essential.
n
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
n
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
n




- Great time management skills.
n
- Strategic thinker.
n
- Ability to understand and analyse customer needs.
n
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
n
- Scheduling or coordination experience required.
n
