The Opportunity

n

Are you looking to work closer to home? SEE Group have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team on a 12-month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce, driving our talent acquisition strategy, and contributing to our employer brand. You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to support SEE Group's continued growth and objectives.

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, interviewing, assessing and presenting candidates to hiring managers
n
- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events
n
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with SEE Group's values,



culture and job requirements
n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
n
- Contribute to building and maintaining SEE Group's employer brand through compelling job postings and a positive candidate experience
n
- Stay across industry trends, salary benchmarks and best practice in talent acquisition to provide valuable insights to the business
n
- Foster relationships with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future positions
n
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive start
n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
n

Essential Skills and Attributes

n

n
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
n
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects while maintaining focus on priorities
n
- Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts
n
- Robust ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
n
- Knowledge of Employment Law principles, ideally within a civil construction business
n
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
n
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Employment Law or similar (desirable)
n
