Key Responsibilities

n

Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

n

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

n

Train, mentor, and coach sales staff to enhance performance and customer service standards

n

Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement

n

Foster a positive, collaborative working environment to maximise team performance

n

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

n

Work closely with department managers, the Dealer Principal, and the Financial Controller

n

Review, report, and oversee daily enquiries and marketing activity

n

Ensure DMS systems and salesperson logs are accurate and up to date

n





Control and manage vehicle inventory in line with days' supply objectives

n

Requirements

n

Proven experience in automotive sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role

n

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies

n

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions

n

A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
