What you'll do:

n

- Answering incoming calls in our busy, multi-franchise call-centre
n
- Creating and confirming online service bookings
n
- Contacting customers from CRM call lists
n
- Providing outstanding customer service and assistance
n
- Recording data and sending service reminders
n
- Handling general admin tasks as needed
n
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
n

What we're looking for:

n
- Previous experience in a call-centre environment will be highly regarded
n
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
n
- Qualified presentation and positive attitude
n
- Organised, proactive and a team player
n
